The period from birth to six years is critically important, as it is a time of rapid brain development when children build the foundation for lifelong learning, behaviour, and overall well-being. Early Learning Framework<\/h6>[vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text]Ireland\u2019s Early Learning Framework is guided by Aistear, the national curriculum framework for children from birth to six years. Aistear focuses on four key themes\u2014Well-being, Identity and Belonging, Communicating, and Exploring and Thinking\u2014and promotes a play-based, child-led approach to learning. It supports the holistic development of each child by recognising their strengths, interests, and individuality, while also encouraging strong partnerships with parents and families in early learning.
