Policies and Procedures
At Frenchpark and Districts Childcare, our policies and procedures form the backbone of our high-quality, safe, and inclusive childcare service. They are fully aligned with Tusla regulations, the Child Care Act 1991 (Early Years Services) Regulations 2016, and the principles of Children First: National Guidance for the Protection and Welfare of Children. These policies cover essential areas such as child protection, health and safety, behaviour management, inclusion, and day-to-day operations. They guide our staff in delivering consistent, best-practice care and ensure we are meeting all legal and professional standards. Policies are reviewed regularly and shared with families to promote transparency, build trust, and strengthen our partnership with parents and the wider community.
